The online talent hunt program on Chingari named “Chingari Star: Talent Ka Mahasangram” invites the best content creators from across India to participate with their creative video content. The best content creator gets prize money of 1 crore, while the best state-wise content creator gets a cash prize of 5 lakhs. Moreover, the contest winners get fame and followers too.
It has been reported that this would be the first talent hunt show o be launched on the digital platform. The co-founder of this video sharing app informed that this would be one of its kind show where the app users would vote for the best talent and the winners will be chosen on the number of votes he contestants have bagged. The contest has been designed to focus the local talents and provide them a platform to achieve name, fame, and money.
In a span of 15 to 20 days, the content creators can enter their content for the contests. The categories can be of their choice, and the users can make short gigs on comedy, acing dancing, mimicry, singing, or anything in which they are good at. The contest has no age limit, but only Indian citizens living in the country or abroad are eligible to participate. A well-edited video format should not be less than 15 seconds and should not exceed 60 seconds. The participants who have been shortlisted can ask for votes through various news channels.
